To celebrate International Women's day 2023, NTPC Faridabad organised a gathering with the trainees of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Navpath Skill Development Center with focus to encourage and the current generation of women. The program saw participation of around 90 trainees.

Shri K.N Reddy, BUH(Faridabad) motivated all the trainees in his address and encouraged all to keep striving harder to achieve their dreams. This was followed by a cake cutting ceremony and ended with a fun and games session. Shri Praveen Garg, AGM(HR) along with Ms. Veena Mehta, Mgr(HR), Shri Shivam Kumar, Ex(CC), Ms. Yashoyini Sen, Ex(CSR) and other members of Faridabad project were present.
